LIQUID PISTON APPROACH

Simple-Fill’s patented gas compression technology harnesses unique geometries and flows to induct a pressurized liquid into a single-stage gas filled compression chamber without pump cavitation. The result: Double digit compression ratios.

NEAR ISOTHERMAL COMPRESSION

Gas compression creates heat. Simple-Fill’s Intra-Compression technology utilizes the compression fluid to cool the gas during the compression cycle. What’s even cooler is that makes Simple-Fill’s compressor more efficient than conventional compressors.

NO HIGH-TOLERANCE PARTS

Expensive and problematic high-tolerance parts found in conventional compressors have been replaced by easy-to-maintain compression cylinders, hydraulic pumps, valves and fittings.

NO MOVING PARTS

Well, at least not in Simple-Fill’s compression cylinders. Gone are the metal pistons rotating at thousands of times per minute to compress a small amount of gas per rotation. Simple-Fill’s liquid is the workhorse—so kiss cylinder/piston rebuilds goodbye!

NO-LEAK COMPRESSOR

Methane, the primary component in natural gas, is a GHG 25 times worse than CO2. And conventional compressors are notorious methane leakers. Simple-Fill’s compressor, by its very nature, is a hydraulic system. If a hydraulic system leaks, it can’t compress. We don’t leak. Period.

INTRA-COMPRESSION DEHYDRATION

Moisture ladened gas can cause  fuel line freeze up in the winter. Desiccant dryers can eliminate the moisture, but it is one more piece of equipment to operate and maintain. Conversely, Simple-Fill’s compression fluid is a desiccant and naturally dehydrates the gas during compression and eliminates those pesky dryers.

Simple-Fill is creating a new compression paradigm and it starts with natural gas.
